Hundreds of local residents turned out Monday night to celebrate the 30th year of the Murrieta Police Department. Senator Melissa Melendez and state Assemblyman Kelly Seyarto presented Conrad with a proclamation that recognized the police department's 30 years of service in Murrieta.
